This is the study of Pranakosha Communication.

Practicing presence in all we do is the goal of yoga.

This practice is in fact designed for us to becomepresent with ourselves. Ultimately, for me… my next step is to become more present with my loved ones and others.

Along with practicing the ability to be more present. I am learning to practice the “art of true/deep communication” that focuses on deeply listening.

Swami Kripalu teaches three essential practices: love, truth and relationship.

Relationship is the foundation where truth and love manifest into reality. Without relationship, truth and love are mere concepts.

In the book, True Love, by Thich Nat Hahn, the author explores the essence of what makes up true love. His conclusion is that love and the art of true listening are one in the same.

It’s when we feel someone has truly heard and received our “full self“, is when we feel loved, seen, known. 💕

When someone deeply listens to you… it is like holding out a dented cup you’ve had since childhood and watching it fill up with cold, fresh water. When it balances on top of the brim, you are understood.

When it overflows and touches your skin, you are loved.

When someone deeply listens to you… the room where you stay starts a new life and the place where you write your first poem begins to glow in your mind’s eye.

It is as if gold has been discovered!

When someone deeply listens to you… your bare feet are on the earth and a beloved land that seemed distant is now at home within you.

I absolute love this!!!

Listen deeply to truly love 💕

From my heart to yours, Stacey XO ❤️
