Water, Water, Water!
Stay hydrated! Flush out those toxins that we are exposed to on a daily basis…think pesticides, heavy metals, mold & more.
💧Try to have a water bottle in hand and bring it with you when you leave you house.
💧Drink right when you get up… and yes, this means before coffee. What😳?! Yes, before coffee… especially before coffee! I do!
💧Drink right before you go to bed. I do!
💧Set hourly reminders on your phone. I do!
💧Drink every time you go to the bathroom.
💧Make it yummy: add some fruit if you’d like.
💧Make it healthy: have herbal teas. I do!
💧Have a bottle everywhere: on your kitchen counter, in your car, on your desk, on your bedside table, on the living room table. I do!
Drink up! Water keeps you healthy, gives you beautiful skin, wards off headaches, relieves fatigue, can help with your focus, & can provide you with new energy. 💙
Be mindful…do not go overboard either. Your body needs a certain amount of water to function right. Too much water can lead to an “electrolyte imbalance”. This is said to cause dizziness and nausea. Do a little research to determine how much water you should have in a day, or maybe make a phone call and speak to your doctor/nurse about it.
