Create your desire in your mind. Feel it. Commit to seeing that desire in your mind. Visualize what it is you want right now!

We all know that our mind and body are connected. When we take the time in stillness and focus on our breath, we are able to relax our body and mind. Once you are able to calm your body and mind and ground yourself in a relaxing way, you can then start to visualize different desires or goals in your mind.

I absolutely LOVE this practice SO much! It feels so good to “feel the feeling” while sitting quietly and visualizing a future goal or desire. Such as, the feeling of confidence I would have after publishing a blog post that I created and worked hard on..feeling the emotion of how someone would feel when they read my post. Such as, the feeling of relaxation I had when visiting a vacation home that I desired to own. I remember visualizing the location, the walk, the style, the beach, the interior design. I can remember visualizing the feeling of planning my veggie garden, and the feeling I would have when spending time harvesting my vegetables. I pictured myself having a daily, commited yoga/meditation practice. I pictured how it would make me feel everyday. I pictured how flexible I would become, how toned my body would be, and how calm I would feel when I finished my practive every damn day. I DESRIED these things. These were my goals.

When you do this mindful practice of visualizing, it can really start to add value to what it is you want to create, or the goal you want to accomplish, or simply the desire to just want something better for yourself.

When we visualize it gets our minds ready for what we want to see in our future. When you do this, it builds motivation inside of us. It forces us to take whatever steps we need to in order to create, to be, or to purchase whatever it is our heart desires.

Remember, as Tony Robbins says so clearly…”energy flows where attention goes”. This means we need a clear goal or desire set in our mind that has meaning and purpose behind it. Once you know what this is, you can focus your energy and get obsessive about it lol. Good things will just start to come your way and things will just happen to you. You may run into someone who was put right in front of you to help you in some way or another. You may receive a small opportunity that is meant to guide you towards your desire or goal. For real! It will happen!

TIPS:

✨Know what it is you desire! ✨BE CLEAR! ✨Visualize your desire IN DETAIL… creating a vision board helps me :)✨Create & visualize the emotions! ✨TAKE ACTION EVERYDAY! The life you want to create will not just happen by sitting down in stillness and visualizing a dream in your head. No, you need to work towards that goal in one small way and be consistent EVERY SINGLE DAY. ✨Visualize the possible challenges and difficulties that could come up and picture yourself overcoming them….because of course, there will be difficulty and challeges along the way, but you can do this!

Ask yourself now, what is the one thing I could do today that would help me get close to my “specific” desire and the life I want to create. Be open, see where visualization will take you! 😌
