Re-store your well-being today, start with one thing today!
Without taking care of yourself on a regular basis, you many find yourself easily feeling more times of stress, comparison, anxiety. I know this is true for me! It can also make you more vulnerable to illness. Again, this rings true for me! This is why my self-care ritual is SO important to me!
What would your self-care routine/ritual look like for you?
Well, answer this question, and start here…what brings you joy? Is it a good book, lunch with a soul-sister, a nice bath, getting outside in nature, lighting a candle, a mindful conversation with your mom or grandmother, watching your favorite Netflix series, cooking, journaling, self-massage, exercise, yoga, just being alone? Hummm…. just a few examples of my journal page. 😚
It’s your time right now. Answer the question and go think about it. Now GO do it…pick one thing today, then continue it every Sunday. You can do it! If not today, I hope this inspires you to maybe just think about.
