This is the life I’ve built.. and now I’m learning how to care for myself within it.
I created this space because I needed somewhere honest to settle in during this season of life, and I have a feeling I’m not the only one.
Before you read further, start here with yourself, gently:
Awareness: What do I truly want for myself right now—beneath the roles, the responsibilities, and the care I give everyone else?
One small step: What is one simple thing I can do today just for me—something that supports my mind, my body, my home, or my soul?
Welcome to Soul-Full Living Acres.
This is a space for women who are ready to slow down and come back home to themselves. Not to become someone new—but to gently return to who they already are underneath everything they’ve been carrying.
I’m a woman in my mid-40s. I love nature, quiet mornings, and the kind of stillness that lets life speak. I feel things deeply, and I’ve spent years holding everything together for everyone else.
There was a time I became physically and mentally exhausted in a way that sleep couldn’t fix. I didn’t recognize myself anymore—foggy, disconnected, and quietly afraid of what was happening inside me. I went from doctor to doctor, test after test, and was told I was “fine.” But I knew I wasn’t.
So I started listening differently. I followed my intuition. I did my own research. I asked for the specific testing I felt I needed. And slowly, the picture became clearer—I was navigating hypothyroidism, early menopause, an autoimmune condition, and multiple food sensitivities.
Everything in my life began to shift from there.
Not overnight. Not perfectly. But honestly.
Now I’m learning how to care for myself in a completely new way—slower, simpler, and with more compassion than I’ve ever given myself before.
And this space is where I share that journey.
Not as advice. Not as a plan to follow. But as a living journal from a woman learning how to simplify life again—our homes, our minds, our bodies, and our souls.
Here, we come back to simple things:
• What do I need today?
• What would it look like to care for myself in a smaller, quieter way?
If you’re here, you might already feel that quiet pull… to slow down, soften, and begin again with yourself.
From my heart to yours @ Soul-Full Living Acres,
Stacey ❤️
